Chuck Gresham
Charles Philip Gresham has been training elite athletes:
- Participated in NFL Draft Training with Eric Lichter for three years.
- Created NFL Draft Training Program at the D1 Columbus Sports Training facility.
- Head strength and conditioning coach at D1 Sports Training in Columbus, Ohio from 2015 to 2019.
- Completed an Internship at The Ohio State University in Strength and Conditioning with the OSU Football.
- Graduate of Youngstown State University – B.S. Exercise Science and Nutrition.
- Completing his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification.
- At Youngstown State he was the head strength and conditioning coach for Men’s and Women’s Track and Field as well as Men’s and Women’s Tennis. Additionally, he assisted in coaching the Women’s Volleyball Team, the Women’s Soccer Team, Women’s Softball, the Men’s and Women’s Basketball Teams, and Women’s Swimming.
- Graduate of Eastmoor Academy in Columbus, Ohio.
- Founder of Chuck’s Kids Foundation, a non-profit that helps kids reach their goals by providing guidance, promoting academics and encouraging participation in athletics.
- Chuck is certified in Body Recovery Therapies: RPR Level 1 & 2 as well as BeActivate Level 1 & 2.
